Description
A .zip (compressed) file contains the Gauss coefficients of a global, time-dependent model of the geomagnetic field covering the period 0-2000 AD. The model is constrained by a dataset from the GEOMAGIA.v3 database and new paleomagnetic data from La Reunion. The uncertainty estimates represent one standard deviation of an ensemble of 2,000 models obtained with bootstrapping. This contribution supplements the manuscript "Persistent anomalies in the geomagnetic field arise from top-down control on the geodynamo" by Béguin, A., Panovska, S., de Groot, L.V.
