Description
Reao Atoll is located at 18¿ 32.5' S, 136¿ 24.1' W and is part of the Tuamotu Seamount Trail on the Pacific Plate. It is 2005 m high with the top at sealevel and ocean bottom at -2005 m. The seamount is fairly small with a volume of 1621 km3. It is slightly elongated in a southeast, northwest direction with an azimuth of 109¿. The edges of the seamount are relatively smooth.
