Description
Winslow Reef is located at 1¿ 41.2' S, 175¿ 14.7' W and is part of the Tokelau Seamounts on the Pacific Plate. It is 3700 m high with the top at -1500 m and the ocean bottom at -5200 m. The reef has a volume of 4677 km3 and is slightly elongated with an azimuth of approximately 84¿. The edges are slightly irregular and four predominant rifts are observed. There is a saddle to the east, connecting it with the rest of the Winslow Reef. Dredge 38 was taken on the south side of the northeast trending rift.
