Description
Malulu Seamount is located at 14¿ 28.4' S, 169¿ 38.5' W and is part of the Samoan Hotspot Trail on the Pacific Plate. The seamount is 2420 m high with the top at -2380 m and the ocean bottom at -4800 m. The seamount is very small with a volume of 566 km3. It is fairly round with little elongation and an azimuth of approximately 103¿. The edges of the seamount are slightly irregular.
