Description
The zip file contains figures showing the results from the three techniques, multitaper spectral estimation, empirical mode decomposition, and wavelet analysis, applied to the global compilation of Holocene sediment magnetic records. These analyses were conducted in order to search for periodicities and to estimate the slope of the spectrum of magnetic variations. This contribution supplements the manuscript "Observed periodicities and the spectrum of field variations in Holocene magnetic records" by S. Panovska, C.C. Finlay and A.M. Hirt. |
