| Description | Chapman Seamount is located at 3¿ 32.2' N, 160¿ 8.5' W and is part of the Line Islands on the Pacific Plate. It is 2600 m high with the top at -1425 m and ocean bottom at -4025 m. The seamount is fairly small with a volume of 1058 km3. It is fairly round with smooth edges and little elongation or irregularity. The azimuth is at approximately 116¿. |
