Description
Carondelet Volcanic Island is located at 5¿ 34.7' S, 173¿ 51.9' W and is part of the Tokelau Seamounts on the Pacific Plate. It is 4365 m high with the top at -700 m and the ocean bottom at -5065 m. The seamount has a volume of 2359 km3 and is slightly elongated with an azimuth of approximately 150¿. The edges are fairly smooth. A single summit is observed. A saddle to the northwest connects Carondelet to an unnamed seamount.
