Description
Tauera Atoll is located at 17¿ 23.5' S, 141¿ 30.5' W and is part of the Tuamotu Seamount Trail on the Pacific Plate. It is 2425 m high with the top at -70 m and ocean bottom at -2495 m. The seamount is very small with a volume of 740 km3. It is relatively round and smooth with little elongation or irregularity. The azimuth is at approximately 87¿.
