Description
Marokau Atoll is located at 18¿ 7.2' S, 142¿ 14.9' W and is part of the Tuamotu Seamount Trail on the Pacific Plate. It is 3490 m high with the top at sealevel and ocean bottom at -3490 m. The seamount is intermediate in size with a volume of 8641 km3. It is relatively round and smooth with little elongation or irregularity. The azimuth is at approximately 148¿.
