| Description | Patapa Atoll is located at 19¿ 9.6' S, 140¿ 41.5' W and is part of the Tuamotu Seamount Trail on the Pacific Plate. It is 3445 m high with the top at -590 m and ocean bottom at -4035 m. The seamount is fairly small with a volume of 2466 km3. It is slightly elongated in a southeast, northwest direction with an azimuth of 100¿. The edges of the seamount are relatively smooth. |
