| Description | Matureivavao Atoll is located at 21¿ 22.5' S, 136¿ 34.2' W and is part of the Tuamotu Seamount Trail on the Pacific Plate. It is 2525 m high with the top at sealevel and ocean bottom at -2525 m. The seamount is intermediate in size with a volume of 9612 km3. It is elongated in a southeast, northwest direction with an azimuth of 114¿. The edges of the seamount are relatively smooth. |
