Description
Baral Seamount is located at 25¿ 45.8' S, 273¿ 22.6' E and is part of the Sala y Gomez region on the Nazca Plate. It is 3460 m high with the top at sealevel and ocean bottom at -3460 m. The seamount is intermediate in size with a volume of 6489 km3. The seamount is fairly round with very little elongation. The azimuth is at approximately 86¿. The edges of the seamount are slightly irregular.
