Description
Rock Seamount is located at 25¿ 51.4' S, 259¿ 18.9' E and is part of the Sala y Gomez region on the Nazca Plate. It is 2785 m high with the top at -270 m and ocean bottom at -3055 m. The seamount is fairly large with a volume of 10849 km3. It is moderately elongated in an east, west direction with an azimuth of approximately 92¿. The edges are irregular.
