Description
Currituck Seamount is located at 30¿ 10.5' S, 173¿ 19.7' W and is part of the Louisville Ridge on the Pacific Plate. It is 3230 m high with the top at - 1635 m and ocean bottom at -4865 m. The seamount is fairly small with a volume of 1989 km3. It is relatively round with smooth edges and little elongation or irregularity. The azimuth is at approximately 110¿.
