Description
Burton Seamount is located at 32¿ 13.3' S, 171¿ 53.5' W and is part of the Louisville Ridge on the Pacific Plate. It is 3745 m high with the top at - 1620 m and ocean bottom at -5365 m. The seamount is intermediate in size with a volume of 7448 km3. It is relatively round with smooth edges and little elongation or irregularity. The azimuth is at approximately 88¿.
