Bacterial Trap Deployment at Ula Nui (BT 55)
A wad of sterile glass wool serves as a bacterial trap contained in plexiglass tubing covered with s fine mesh screen that allows bacteria into the chamber. These BactTraps are deployed at Ula Nui to collect microbes from bacterial mats. Bact trap 55 deployed at surface of mat.
