Description
This is just the dipole moment prediction from geomagnetic field model CALS7K.2 for the years from 5000~BC to 1950~AD with uncertainty estimates. The resolution of the file is annual, but the actual resolution of the model is in the order of 100 years. The model was determined by regularized least squares inversion of archeo- and paleomagnetic data using spherical harmonics in space and cubic B-splines in time.
