Baldwin, R.B. (1987). On the current rate of formation of impact craters of varying sizes on the earth and moon. Geophysical Research Letters 14: doi: 10.1029/GL014i003p00216. issn: 0094-8276.

In Baldwin [1985> absolute ages were derived for 359 post-Imbrium lunar craters. There is a gradual increase in frequency of crater formation in the last 3.2¿109 y. From updated analyses of these ages and trends, the frequency of formation of craters of different sizes on the moon at the present rate was determined. ¿ American Geophysical Union 1987
