In a recent paper Dunlop et al. (1987) describe a method for obtaining corrected paleointensity results by the Shaw (1974) technique when there is non-linear thermal alteration of the coercivity spectrum during imposition of the laboratory thermoremanent magnetisation (TRM). Their technique of using the ratio of the two anhysteretic magnetisations (ARM1 & ARM2) to obtain a corrected TRM. ¿ American Geophysical Union 1988 |
