Baldwin, A.C. and Golden, D.M. (1980). Heterogeneous atmospheric reactions 2. Atom and radical reactions with sulfuric acid. Journal of Geophysical Research 85: doi: 10.1029/JC085iC05p02888. issn: 0148-0227.

The collisional reaction probabilities of oxygen and nitrogen atoms and hydroxyl radicals with concentrated sulfuric acid were found to be <1.0¿10-6, <1.0¿10-6, and 4.9¿0.5¿10-4, respectively. These results indicate that heterogeneous loss is not an important process for these species in the atmosphere.
