A review is given of research in Russia on electromagnetic field (EMF) mechanisms of action, biological effects, and medical diagnostic and therapeutic application. Possible applications of the sensitive multichannel radiometers at GHz and IR for dynamic medical diagnostics are also outlined. Dynamic imaging of patients is used for diagnosis of diseases such as disorders of the peripheral blood flow and accompanying diseases. ¿ American Geophysical Union 1995
