An up-to-date table of strong alternating codes is presented, containing four new 32-bit codes and one 64-bit code. The new codes were found using a novel search technique discovered by studying hidden regularities in older codes. The search method will be explained in a subsequent paper. It is expected that even longer alternating codes can now be found in the near future. ¿ American Geophysical Union 1996 |
