This paper is devoted to the parameterization of the Mueller matrix of oceanic water measured by Voss and Fry <1984>. Their matrix was obtained as an average of many observations in different parts of the world ocean, including the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The results presented here can be used as input data for the theoretical polarized radiative transfer studies in oceanic waters.
