Electron density fluctuations of Sporadic-E structure lasting several hours without appreciable change in height for days with associated large scale TID's at F-Region are under analysis for a latitudinal chain of five ionospheric stations in the south Hemisphere sector. The existence of travelling disturbances at E-Region affecting Es layers is observed, with propagational velocity towards equator between 250 and 600 m/sec. Power spectra analysis of data shows a few discrete frequencies and a broad band. Comparison of discrete spectra components among stations demonstrate that the wave period grows linearly with distance from the source.
