| Description | Louisville Guyot (SONNE 167 Volcano 35) is located at 31¿ 23.5' S, 172¿ 15' W and is part of the Louisville Ridge on the Pacific Plate. The seamount is 4390 m high with the top at -1095 m and the ocean bottom at -5485 m. It is a large seamount with a volume of 13633 km3 and a basal diameter of 60 by 30 km. It is slightly elongated in a northwest-southeast direction with an azimuth of approximately 127¿. The edges of the seamount are slightly irregular. |
